I have a message that firefox did a background update and I need to restart firefox for change to take effect. Is this a real update or fishing attack?

I received a message when trying to open a second browser in Firefox. My Browser is up to date as of 11/25/18. Never saw this message before in years of using Firefox and suggested a fake update to me.

You appear to be using a Firefox version from the Ubuntu repositories, so your Ubuntu software management should handle updates.

Current Firefox release is 63.0.3, so maybe check this in "Help -> About Firefox" or on the about:support page.
