Can't connect to localhost or 127.0.0.1

So whenever I'm trying to connect to localhost/bWAPP or 172.0.0.1 it just dosen't work. It says:

"Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

The same thing happens but it says "localhost" instead of 127.0.0.1 when I try to connect to localhost/bWAPP I will send a screenshot of it. And yes I've tried chrome but it didn't work.

do you mind me asking what are you trying to do? If you are trying to host a local website have you tried connecting to your computer local IP from a different device?
