The size of my e-mail view increased; how do I reduce it to where it was orginally.

The size of my e-mails increased, i.e., they now take up the full monitor, whereas before they were narrower. I don't recall doing anything to make it like this and I am unhappy with the way it looks.

If you start TB in safe mode (Help/Restart with Add-ons Disabled, or hold Shift when you launch TB), do the windows look correct? If they don't change, reply here for another option. If they look right in safe mode, launch again in safe mode, check 'Reset toolbars and controls' and click 'Make changes and restart'.
