Since this is a login site that will be hard since others on here will have to log in to do what your saying. So how are you dragging the items? I can click on the items but once there isn't the option showing the ideal list tab?

Once inside the idea list (which is basically a wishlist with only pictures and no words) you can drag and drop the items/product pictures into a different spot in the list. This is the action I need to do but when I use Mozilla all that happens instead of an item moving is I see a symbol that is a circle with a slash

This is likely done via JavaScript. It is possible that the website isn't supporting Firefox for this feature, so maybe check the Web Console for related error messages.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

Firefox shows the shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Content Blocking is blocking content.

• click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console about what content is blocked

I didn't even have an idea list... and how do you make them private?

Is it this thing I'm doing in the attached screenshot -- that gives you the "no go" cursor when you try it on yours?

Hopefully one of cor-el's suggestions will "unstick" your Firefox so you can do it, too.
