I was accessing a system on 192.168.0.12 but it changed to 192.168.1.12

FF says it's not there. It does not prompt to allow. I wasted time troubleshooting a working system because your browser sucks.

https://192.168.1.12:8006/ FAIL in Firefox - The connection has timed out SUCCESS in Chrome

https://192.168.1.12:8006/#v1:0:18:4:::::: Works properly in both (prompts to add exception)

Try pulling the power plug on all web access hardware for a slow count of 10 for a hard reset.
