When I call Jupyter Notebook from the Windows startmenu, a URL is opened in the browser and this URL is either in the form of "file:///C:/Users/bharc/AppData/Roaming/jupyter/runtime/nbserver-9708-open.html" or " http://localhost:8888/?token=9e44d74362b27f585da8b84f1ed842044882960bd0894ac6" Plugging in either of those should open the Jupyter notebook homepage. By default, the first URL is loaded in firefox but it opens a broken homepage with a number of page elements being not loaded properly. When I plug the second URL firefox renders the jupyter notebook home page properly. This bug however doesn't exist in other browsers like Edge and Chrome. I've tried manually pasting these links in the other browsers and both of them open the page correctly. I've also tried to clear all cookies and cache but it is still the same. I'm running Firefox 67 beta and I've only started noticing this bug in the newer version.

Attaching images to show how the home page is rendered and how it should render.
