How can I get my data wiped from your servers.

It seems that you enabled sync, and now I find you have stored data that I do not want you to have. I understand that you have strict data sharing policies. I don't care. I operate under the concepts of 'need to know' and 'single point of failure'. I do not need or want the convenience of stored data.

Hi takoller, Firefox Accounts are optional. You may want to keep the account and turn off Sync and remove the data. Either way, the Firefox browser is yours to use.

Did you already disconnect Firefox from the Firefox Account on the Options page?

After thinking a bit more, the better way to put it is, I want a browser, and not an account. Is this possible?

Thank you. Over time, as it was presented, it seemed an account was required. I was wrong. I realize I am usually the exception, but it would have been nice to have it made clear that accounts are optional. It may be a good source of revenue. But I pay a very small subscription for excellent email. I would do the same for a browser.

A Firefox Account is free, so if someone charged you, please report a scam: https://www.mozilla.org/about/legal/fraud-report/
