HI. I keep having to go in and mark the box to automatically save passwords. Everytime I use firefox it has reset back to not saving the passwords for any of the sites I usually save them for. It's been doing it for a couple of weeks now. I go in and tick the box then have to refresh the site I was on and it will then work. What could be causing this issue please.

Hello Nickyrose,

Would you please make sure that you're not in permanent Private Browsing mode :

3-bar menu (or 'Tools') => Options => Privacy & Security => under 'History' => Firefox will : choose : 'Use custom settings for history' Uncheck : 'Always use private browsing mode'

Are you using external Password Managers like RoboForm or the "Trend Micro Password Manager" ?

If you have the "Trend Micro Password Manager" installed then try to uninstall this application via the Windows Control Panel.
