So not even sure how to describe this problem. When I go back to Firefox after working in a different program (word, etc.), I cannot access the top 1/6th of the screen. If I try to click on something in that space, whatever is "underneath" Firefox (email, etc.) opens instead. This basically makes the browser useless and I cannot click on any open tabs or even close it. I just got a new Lenovo laptop (windows 10) and this problem has occurred twice now in the past 2 days. I cannot restart my computer every time I want to use the Internet.

Hi ginaspade,

Try clicking the Windows + Tab key and see if that frees the cursor for you to access all of your Firefox web browser.
