We have a Sectigo Limited Signed Certificate for one of our websites, but the Certificate is not trusted on new browsers.

As per the above, the Certificate is valid an is trusted on other browsers, but is displaying a warning with Firefox users.

hello, you can use a tool like https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ in order to test if everything is setup correctly - if it shows "chain incomplete" for your webserver you'll have to include all intermediate certificates for things to work properly. please refer to the support resources of your cert seller on how to do that...
