Is there a way to merge the Microsoft Exchange account folders with the Local Folders?

I have installed the Exquilla add-on in my Thunderbird and created a Microsoft Exchange account in Thunderbird. The account folders are separate from the Local Folders. I wish to see all my received mail in a single Inbox folder, and all my sent mail in a single Sent folder. Thunderbird’s View > Folders > Unified option does not do this for me. Do you know a way to combine, merge or unify the Exchange folders with the Local Folders or at least to view them in single folders rather than separately? Thanks.

The short answer is no. Exquilla like IMAP maintains a linked synchronized state for each mail in the folder. So you can't do that and merge folders sorry.
