Good day! I recently had trouble adding bookmarks to my favorites lists. Previously, when you press the keys "ctrl+D", a window opens for choosing where to save the tab (bookmarks bar, bookmarks menu), and now when you press the specified combination, everything immediately falls into the other bookmarks folder .... Is this problem solved? In the settings, I could not find.

Gekozen oplossing

Hi kobamv, after bookmarking a page, click the blue star in the address bar to open the editing panel. There should be a checkbox labeled "Show editor when saving" to show this panel before the bookmark is saved. Does that checkbox work on yours?

You might still want to use the extension the-edmeister suggested if you generally prefer to save in a specific location other than Other Bookmarks.

Try using this extension to allow you to select the "default folder" where you want {Ctrl + D} to save each new bookmark:
