I couldn't find where to report this as a problem (really a slight annoyance bear with me) so I hope I'm in the right place. I'm using macOS and have Firefox set as my default browser in system preferences. For the past few major versions, I've had Firefox, while not running then being launched upon clicking a hyperlink, open 2 windows - one with a just a blank/home page, and another with the site in the hyperlink. Can the extra window go away and just open the hyperlinked site in a single window? Seems like just a weird quirk of window management on macOS Catalina, but I was wondering if others noticed this/if it could be addressed.

That is a known bug on Catalina.

Does it make a difference if you switch to the default theme via customize mode in case you currently use the builtin light or dark theme ?
