I see all folders on my Android Moto e5 play for my Ionos account but not on my windows 10 laptop. I see inbox, sent and junk nothing else. Why??????????????? $25.00 if you help me back to where i was with 73.2.2 Thanks

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., click Refresh, then check (subscribe) the missing folders.

It worked. Very simple. How do I send you money? And can I guess if I don't want to see a folder on my laptop, uncheck box and folder can only be seen by me going to my email account at Ionos? And Thanks

Here is the donation link.

On any device with an IMAP account, you only see the folders that are subscribed on that device. Each device can have a different set of subscribed folders, and the webmail view shows all subscribed folders.
