An incoming email has an attachment, when I click on it I have an option to 'open' or 'save' I click open it says 'save' ie I cannot open on the email. A

What program have you set up to open that type of file? Menu app icon > Options Select 'General' scroll down to 'Files & Attachments' Is that type of file listed in the 'Content type' column ? If yes, what 'Action' is selected for that type of file? Is the action 'Save file' ? click on drop down and select the correct program to open the file. eg: JPEG Image - Action: Use Photos (default)


Post an image showing what you have got for that type of file if you feel it will help explain.
