I can't access my aol mail account as of this weekend through Firefox. It keeps knocking me off my internet connection. I am able to access aol through Microsoft edge.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
