How do I revert back to the functionality of 78, 91 is just plain awful, icons have changed, my task bar keeps advising me how many emails. Attachments are at the bottom???? seriously?

Hoping to have: OLD icons on tabs (NO counter) PDF opens in Acrobat ONLY Attachments are back at the top.

Can I revert back and prevent it from auto upgrading???

If I can't I'll have to leave Thunderbird after almost 20 years, which sucks. This is bad.

At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button > Preferences

Type badge into the search field at the top right. Click the 'App icon Options' button in the Search Results. Uncheck 'Show badge icon'.

OLD icons on tabs (NO counter)

Not sure what that means.

PDF opens in Acrobat ONLY

At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button > Preferences > General > Files & Attachments Locate the entry for Content Type 'Portable Document Format (pdf)'. Select the desired Action for PDF from the drop-down menu.

Attachments are back at the top.

I don't think that this can be restored.
