New iPhone 13 won't connect/sync with laptop & account

I just got a new iPhone 13. I keep going to my Firefox browser on my new iphone (which has loaded other things onto it which are specific to my browser), going to settings, trying to sync with my laptop via the QR code, & nothing happens. I would try to just sign in with email but my email password was saved in Mozilla Lockwise & that won't let me in either.

I also uninstalled & re-installed the firefox browser. On the new iPhone. FYI.
