Hello I would like to block certain websites from loading this with my child cannot access them. I would also like to be notified if possible win their access. Also if possible I would like to have the android device freeze at the moment that the provinces are access. It is possible?0]

The best way to do this is to contact your internet service provider - they should have the ability to put robust controls in place.
