Ever since what appears to be Thunderbird 102.4.0, emails will NOT save to my Drafts folder (no drafts have been saved since 10/23/2021). I have tried setting the location of the drafts folder in "Copies and Folders", by specifying that the draft should be saved to my Drafts folder, but this does not work. Also, each time I click "Show confirmation dialog when messages are saved" , it does not appear when i reopen "Copies and Folders".

I cannot find a fix for this problem as they all say to do what I have noted above.

Thank you Michael

OK, looks like I fixed it. Went into about:config and changed the drafts folder there as the one I was, in theory, saving drafts to was not working. Strange. Trying to change using Account settings / Copies and folders just would not work in that it did not make the required change in about:config.

I have the same problem but could not figure out how to fix it. The folder path in the Config Editor seemed fine. I'm currently using webmail to save drafts.
