Cannot Sync Bookmarks or Tabs between Android and PC

more options

Hi! I cannot sync Bookmarks or Tabs. On the Android "Account Settings", it shows "Sync now -- Last synced: never". However, tapping it does nothing but make it flash for a millisecond. Nothing else seems to happen. And when I tap the "Tabs" icon, it shows "0" open tabs. Selecting the "sync phone-PC" icon on that screen, and tapping the "Sync" button at the bottom, it will say "SYNCING" but never actually syncs. Please help, thank you in advance.

Android version: 12 Samsung One UI version: 4.1 Firefox version: 106.1.0

Hi

If you sign into your Firefox Account at https://accounts.firefox.com/signin, do you see both devices listed under "Connected Services"?

Hi, thank you for responding.

Yes, on each device, when I go to https://accounts.firefox.com/signin, under "Connected Services," I see both devices (cellphone and PC).

And in "Account Settings," under "Choose what to sync," everything is checked.

On the cellphone, under "Settings," when I tap the email address, then "Sync now," it just flashes and shows "Last synced: never" or looks like it's syncing then shows "Last synced: December 31, 1969"!

Hello? Anybody?

I once had this problem (it was a previous version) and I solved it by resetting Firefox. You can also try to reinstall it.

Did that help?
