105.0.3 turn off update popup
why do you stalk and bother the users? i do not want to update! without warning you alter things i do not want you to alter. you take things out so people have to use risky 3rd party addons.

Hi, Firefox 105 is obsolete now, and Mozilla has published information about security vulnerabilities in older versions.
What feature was removed that you need Firefox 105 for?
you removed the ability to read rss. having to use addons is a risk! you took out the properties tab. don't give something out free and harass me to update. i notice you have slowed downloads as well...
Yes, there are risks to using add-ons. This one gets the highest level of review and is part of the "Recommended" program:
Feedbro: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/feedbroreader/ About the program: Recommended Extensions program
Which Properties tab are you referring to?
I don't know why downloads would be slower.
i use Easy RSS by Komodo. this is the same thing wordpress did. another ruined software. next i will probably find spyware...

Okay, your call.

Do you mean the blocks editor? I can't figure it out, either.
you took out core items... i will figure something to keep you off my back...
If you mean the Properties in the context menu of a bookmark then now you need to look for "Edit Bookmark" further up, same for Delete => "Remove Bookmark". Sometimes things get moved around or the wording of items changes.
@cor-el when you right click a image there was property... there are so many sneaky things i need to find another browser... going to be hard to leave but iam...
You can restore "View Image Info..." to the right-click context menu this way:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
More info on about:config: Configuration Editor for Firefox. The moderators would like us to remind you that changes made through this back door aren't fully supported and aren't guaranteed to continue working in the future. Since we have had this setting for a long time and I use it myself, I feel comfortable mentioning it.
(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste browser.menu.showViewImageInfo and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the preference to switch the value from false to true

Yes, there are some bad add-ons (I think you are referring to one for Chrome). The ones in the Recommended Program get the highest level of review, as mentioned before. I've never heard to any Recommended Extension suddenly turning into malware.
Support forum volunteers do not control how Firefox works. Mozilla has a product suggestion site at https://connect.mozilla.org/. You can submit a new "Idea" there but I'm sure this one has been submitted so you can find it there and give it a thumbs up.
how do i turn off the alert bubble!!!??? now it bothers me at the same time every evening.
without the support of mozilla i finally shut down that update nag popup! i will never update again to get your spying mess...
google just settled for spying.... well the update nagging came back. was once every evening. sometimes it would stop. then it went twice daily at the same times every day. it went back to once a day. i think you guys are getting sued. i would travel to testify my findings.....

I don't think showing update reminders violates any laws, but I guess your lawyer will tell us their theory.

Before you waste any time and money on that, see https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/legal/eula/ which leads to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/MPL/2.0/
