Problem with Firefox on assurancewireless.com

I cannot access the login page on assurancewireless.com. I get a 500 error and the attached message shows that there is also a 404 error.

Things I've tried: Disabling enhanced tracking Safe mode Disabling uBlock Incognito mode

None of these work. It simply will not load that page.

The site works perfectly in Chrome, but it's a pain to have to use Chrome for just that one site. How can I report this error to technical so it can get fixed?

I tried this and also see an internal server error. You can report a web compatibility bug to the developers here. It might also be worth seeing if you can find a way to contact Assurance Wireless directly, to let them know that their website isn't working properly in Firefox.
