Every time I open the NYTimes website I get this popup regardless of privacy settings. How do I stop it? "We've updated our terms . . ."

Every time I open the NY Times website (my homepage) I get this popup. seemingly regardless of settings. This didn't used to happen. How do I stop it? Message n popup-- "We've updated our terms We encourage you to review our updated Terms of Sale, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. By continuing, you agree to the updated Terms listed here."

Do you have cookies turned off or adblocker on? That sometimes interferes with the remembering of pop-ups and every time you access NYTimes it's as if you're a new user if cookies are turned off or adblocker turned on. Try switching both one at a time.
