My BING homepage page suddenly will not load in Firefox.

I have always had my Windows 10 computer to open to the BING homepage in Firefox. Now, I get a gray screen with nothing on it, except a search bar. I can load it in "private windows" and also on Microsoft Edge. Why has Firefox suddenly denied BING as my home page and has refused to let me get into it? It IS listed as my home page under TOOLS. I do NOT want to keep cleaning out the cookies all of the time, as I then have to re-log into everything else.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Yes, I have tried that a couple of times. It came back once but I have no idea what caused it to.
