Hola, Carpeta SPAM es lo mismo que carpeta Basura, por lo tanto no puedes crear algo que ya existe, para que lleguen los correos a esa carpeta debes revisar la configuración de la cuenta en la parte "Opciones de correo Basura" y ver si esta carpeta esta sincronizada con el servidor "Sincronización y almacenamiento"-> botón "Avanzadas" Saludos
