I open a website (opentable.com) and it opens momentarily then the screen goes blank white. I can open the site using microsoft edge.

Something has changed as this previously was not a problem

The Troubleshooting Information shows: policiesStatus:1

Are there policies active? You can open the about:policies page via the address bar to see if policies are active and if errors are reported.

Post a full browser screenshot so we can see the issue. Windows home or pro? If pro, try Windows Sandbox (VM) option to see if you have the same issue. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/

Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".
