Do you have a problem with Firefox that you want to create a new profile? Can you start Firefox normally or can't you start Firefox and do you want to create a new profile?

How far do you get with using the Terminal?

You can visit the built-in about:profiles page, that might be easier on Mac because otherwise you need to use the Terminal application.
