I use Thunderbird to get my COX and Gmail emails. When Cox moves to Yahoo what needs to be changed in Thunderbird to get my emails? Below is what came to me from Cox: The countdown has begun and your Cox email will transition to Yahoo Mail in about a month. Rest assured, knowing you'll keep using your same Cox.net email address, messages, folders, contacts and calendar!


After the move, Yahoo Mail will become your email provider and Cox will no longer manage or support your email services. Yahoo Mail will make sure you stay connected by protecting your inbox with 2-Step Verification, Account Recovery Email and Phone Number, 1,000 GB of free storage and more.
