crash while in troubleshoot mode

Hi, I'm hoping to find some help to address crashing that has been happening frequently. The most recent crash has a report ID: bp-47617fc8-55f9-4d32-8713-a4ce40240426 and this happened while in 'troubleshoot' mode.

This is the link to that report: https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/47617fc8-55f9-4d32-8713-a4ce40240426

Any help in finding a fix would be appreciated. Sincere thanks, V

If Windows Pro version, try testing in Windows Sandbox (VM) to see if you have the same issue. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/

Does it still happen with Bitdefender disabled? This may require rebooting into Windows Safe Mode (networking enabled). You could also try disabling it in about:third-party.

Nearly all of the crash reports submitted for this crash signature were submitted today (Reports), so there doesn't seem to be much historical information to go on.

Is there any pattern to which sites/pages/content may be associated with this problem? Or does it seem to occur at a certain time of the hour or after a certain duration of browsing? Or is it more random?
