V 91.13.1 not saving passwords
Thunderbird 91.13.1 64 bit will not save passwords. I check the box to do so. I just upgraded from Thunderbird v4 9 32 bit Using a windows 10 machine

I suggest looking at profile in Windows File Explorer to see if the prefs.js file is being updated (by checking date). It may be that an antivirus or other software is preventing thunderbird from updating files. If you see multiple copies of prefs.js, that would be an indicator. If you're unsure how to locate profile, click help>troubleshootinginformation, scroll down to 'profile folder' and click 'open folder'
