Email constant timout blue circle takes forever to open and send emails. Driving me to look for other email services.
Every time I open my email, it sits and pulses a blue timeout circle. After about 30 seconds, every single time I try to mark a sender as junk, it again does the blue circle for 15-30 seconds. That may not sound like much, but when it happens almost every time I try to view an email you can imagine my frustration. The fact that any kind of customer service is buried then passed off to this user group is inexcusable. BTW, your requests for donation freezes the email for even longer. That's no way to encourage anyone to donate, which I won't until this problem is fixed.
