I can't print anything using firefox, but I can on explorer. How can I fix this.

I had explorer that will print out the home page but tell me " unable to display this page when I try to go on the internet. I switched to firefox which when I go the file and print displays the print icon in the lower task bar, but doesn't print. Firefox let me go anywhere on the internet.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== after I installed firefox that had microsoft explorer that would not let me on the internet
