I don't know how to stop this, tried right and left clicking on the bar. This occurs every time I open Firefox. How can I stop or disable this?

smal dots running around in a circle while message appears on a blue tool bar about 3 lines down from the top - it isd constantly on and annoying - I just might go back to IE8 if I cannot get rid of this problem!
