Firefox will not properly load wanted pop up windows from allowed site. It will allow the pop up to open, however nothing loads, it is just a blank window. I have not always had this problem and have not changed any settings to cause this. After the problem started I upgraded to version 3.6.7, cleared all recent history, and turned off pop up blockers. No change.

THESoLUTION is here :-) right...

1. you must go to control panel>programs>un-install programs 2. find any versions of java and un-install them (in my case i had something called 'kiwee'. 3. un install and voila!

This solved my problem anyway , apologies if this is not your issue
