I noticed that Firefox crashes occasionally, seemingly at random, when I am trying to access a site using geolocation. I looked at the my submitted crash reports and almost all of them had a crash signature of GetAccessPointsFromWLAN(nsCOMArray<nsWifiAccessPoint>&).

This is in Firefox 3.6.10. I have noticed this problem at least since Firefox 3.6.7.

Why is this happening? What can be done about it?

You can find crash GUIDs in the More system details section:

It looks that the crashes have to do with the Wifi connection.

Does it happen on specific pages or randomly?

Is there something wrong with the crash IDs I posted? I went to about:crashes, clicked on the report IDs, and copied the IDs on the pages that came up. Sorry if I am doing this wrong. This is my first time posting on the support forum.

As far as I can remember, this only happened on my own website that I am working on and trying to test. I don't know if it is anything specific to my website, or if it happens because I visit and reload my own site far more often than any other site that uses geolocation.

It doesn't happen every time. It happens, seemingly at random, about one time out of every 500 or so that I try to access my site.
