printing from my mailbox, it prints very tiny and all on left side of screen onto several pages?

for a couple months now anytime I print something from my mail it prints very small and all to the left hand side of the paper and prints several pages, if I open and read from Internet Explorer it prints just fine? Now I am having problems with my facebook page also????
