An update keeps trying to install, but it seems t be unable to connect to the update server. This has been happening for weeks, and I can't make it work. Ideas?
When I open firefox, an alert comes up that says an important update is ready to install, and I hit 'NEXT'. The progress bar moves, and says it is connecting to the update server. This is all that happens. I've let it try to connect for hours, literally. What is going on, and is there something that I should be doing that I am not?

Try this site. Installs McAfee DAT files. Seems to have fixed my problem with this issue: http://www.brighthub.com/computing/smb-security/articles/108544.aspx
