I have downloaded new version, but still getting message "Urgent to Update". What do I do next?
I got the message that it was time to download the newest version of Firefox. I clicked, and followed the steps. It showed to be downloading, and it checked for viruses, etc. But the message is still showing that it is "urgent" that I download the newest version or I won't be protected. When I click the "Help" and "check for newest versions" it shows me there is nothing available. What should I do next??

Your user agent string (identifies the version of Firefox) is showing that you have Firefox 3.0.13.
If you have downloaded and installed Firefox 3.6.13, you may have an incorrect user agent string. Some add-ons modify the user agent string causing it to show an old version of Firefox even if you have the latest version installed. If this has happened you can reset the user agent string, for details of how to do that see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Websites+or+add-ons+incorrectly+report+incompatible+browser
If the user agent string is correct, how did you install the new version? You mentioned downloading the new version but did not mention running the setup file that was downloaded to install the new version.
Version 3.6.13 is the newest version as far as I am aware. (I am using that and also a beta 4 )
Possibly it is some other software that is trying to update. Or possibly it is one of your addons that still needs updating. See also Update Firefox to the latest release
If you are still worried about the problem I suggest you provide the full text of the "Urgent to Update" message, or better still take a screenshot and add it as an image to your message.
( I suggest you use a smallish image eg a jpeg file, when you try to use 'Add images'
- it probably has a size limit for attachments)
