Upon opening Firefox, I get a red banner across the top saying:

The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem

I cannot use the back and forward buttons, either.

I have tried all the solutions in your troubleshooting page, and have even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Nothing works.
