How do I fix the Webkinz popup window when it gets messed up?

After you sign in for Webkinz, it pulls up a new window where control + zero does not work to reset the screen. Periodically this new window loads incorrectly, gets tiny if you the laptop mouse pad is accidently brushed or the separate pieces on the screen get moved. Currently I have to delete firefox and reload it to fix the problem. That is a pain as you can't save your setting/bookmarks or the problem is not resolved. If anyone knows how to fix this another way it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to resize that pop-up via the instruction in those articles?

Is that a normal window or a window with a Flash object (try to right-click)?
