FF4 insists on loading in safe mode when activated using a keyboard shortcut (Shorcutor)

I like using keyboard shortcuts to launch my most frequently used programs and FF4 is one of them. I use Shortcutor 1.5 to implement my keyboard shortcuts. Among some 20 shortcuts thus implemented, only one misbehaves: the one to FF4. When launched using the keyboard shortcut to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe", it insists that it should load in safe mode only. However, when I launch FF4 using the mouse, it loads properly.

The Shift key is what will launch Firefox 4.0 in the SafeMode, when using a desktop shortcut, so that "command" must be getting passed through by that Shorcutor program.
