How do I move or rearrange the order/position (stack) of complete tool bars?

In Internet Explorer ver 8, you are able to reposition the tool bar of choice either below or to the side (same row) of any other tool bar. If I want my yahoo tool bar on top of the Bookmark bar how do I move it from the bottom of the stack to a position above the Bookmark tool bar? Can I move add on apps such as LastPass to a separate line or to another location in the stack of tool bars? Thanks for any help. Dr. K
