I cannot attach a document to my outgoing emails. It does nothing when I hit the "attach" button...
Or sometimes you can get the file box to select your file to attach, but then it sits there and I cannot click on a file, another folder or even another driver. I eventually have to hit cancel several times and after a minute or so the file box closes and I'm back to my regular email screen.

Which email application? Firefox is a browser-only, no mail function. Or could you be speaking of a Web Mail site?
I'm using Yahoo mail. Since I installed Firefox in place of internet explorer I've had difficulties attaching docs to my outgoing Yahoo emails.
