Hello ever since I downloaded this protection...the flash adobe does not work..can't play games on FB or see a clip on vidieo??

Looking at your system details, I cannot see the Flash plugin in the list.

Check to see whether it is installed properly or not by going to: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ You should see the Flash animation run and it should show you to have version 10.3.181.14 installed.

If you don't see that, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to install it.
