slow and sluggish even after a complete computer clean up, help or I have to stop using it

I like Firefox but lately it has been so slow and sluggish, was on Facebook yesterday took me 20 minutes to get from page to page. Have cleaned computer, did 2 systems restore, nothing works. Best Buy suggests not using it, but I do find it easier to use than any other. Best Buy told me this has more problems than any out there. I will have no choice but to uninstall and not use it if I can not use it when I need to.

Balderdash! Believing anything that the Squeek Squad says is your first mistake, using System Restore to try and fix Firefox problems is the second.
