I wish arrow keys to scroll the entire page. Now they act like Notepad.

Arrow keys are flaky reading BBC news articles- jumping large spans to page bottom, and not scrolling article content as they once did. They are brain dead like MS Norepad. What has happened? In all fairness, I must tell you my cat stepped on my keyboard... possible cause somehow doing some control code??? Help, please- Thanks, Tick

caret caret (F7) problems, Most keyboards have overlaid keys, make sure NumLk is off as that can also interfere. "PgUp", "PgDn", "SpaceBar", "Home" and "End" keys" not working -- caret cursor F7

Thanks- frustration overcame my logical analysis, but caret browsing was the unwanted feature in play and you nailed it!
