Suddenly, my Firefox Menu button and bookmarks tab and toolbar are missing.

"Help" tells me to use my Firefox menu button to retrieve my bookmarks menu bar, but the button has suddenly disappeared. How do I get them back? ..And keep them from disappearing again?

You might be in FullScreen mode. Push the cursor to the top of the browser window and see if some or all of those toolbars appear. If so, when the toolbars are showing, right-click on a bare spot on the Tab Bar and click on Exit Full Screen Mode. Or you can hit F11.
