Why can't I access 53.com's bill pay page using firefox?

I paid bills on this site 2 weeks ago, today It wouldn't work. I called the banks tech. They said to try explorer. I was able to pay bills using explorer. I prefer to use Mozilla exclusively. I'm using Firefox 6.0.2 which states "Firefox is up to date."
