I cannot save images in firefox, or other things, when I click 'Save Image As'. What's wrong?

I used to be able to save things but now I can't. I click 'Save Image As' and nothing happens, I even went to 'View Page Info' and then 'Media' and clicked 'Save As' on the picture there, and still nothing happens. It doesn't even bring up the 'Save Location' window like it used to. It was fine a couple days ago and it still works on every other browser.

What's wrong?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
